Welcome to Interactive Pixels Digital Solutions. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set out the mutual expectations and responsibilities that ensure every engagement runs smoothly and fairly — fostering trust, creativity, and lasting partnerships.

Who We Are

We are Interactive Pixels Digital Solutions, a full-service digital marketing and creative agency based in New Delhi. Registered as an MSME sole proprietorship, our team brings together decades of experience in web development, branding, digital media, and much more.

Engagement & Acceptance

By working with us, whether through a formal quote, invoice, purchase order, or any form of written agreement, you accept these Terms as binding. These Terms apply to all services provided, from digital campaigns to website projects to corporate gifting.

The Creative Process

• Custom Strategies: We begin every project with a deep-dive into your brand’s goals and market, creating bespoke solutions that combine strategic insight and creative flair.
• Transparent Planning: Delivery schedules, project milestones, and payment timelines are communicated clearly up front and confirmed in writing.
• Client Input: We encourage and rely on your timely feedback, approvals, and the provision of any materials or access required for project progression.

Payment Terms

• Unless otherwise stated, all invoices must be paid in full prior to commencement of work.
• All payments are non-refundable, except where Interactive Pixels Digital Solutions is unable to deliver the agreed services due to circumstances within our control.
• For physical goods like corporate gifts, clients are responsible for paying shipping/handling fees directly to the logistics provider.

Reporting & Rectification of Errors

• If you detect any issues or errors in a delivered solution, please report them to us in writing within 3 working days of receiving the service or goods.
• We are committed to resolving such errors promptly within the original project scope.

Intellectual Property & Rights

• Unless otherwise specified in writing and invoiced separately, all copyrights, design rights, codebase, and other intellectual property produced by us remain the property of Interactive Pixels Digital Solutions.
• Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use delivered solutions for agreed purposes. Full ownership rights may only be transferred upon explicit agreement and payment for such rights.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide clear, thorough, and timely information required for us to deliver quality service
• Review and approve work within reasonable time frames
• Respond to communication requests
• Respect project boundaries and avoid requesting unauthorized additional work

Limitation of Liability

While we pour energy, insight, and skill into everything we deliver, no service or product can be infallible. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount you have paid for the applicable service/project.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or misuse of our services/products, including delays in delivery or third-party logistics failures.

Confidentiality

We respect and protect your confidential information. Both parties agree not to disclose any confidential material, trade secrets, or sensitive data except as required to fulfill the project or by law.

Amendments

These Terms may only be modified by mutual written consent. If we do update our standard Terms, you’ll be notified well in advance.

Governing Law

All engagements with Interactive Pixels Digital Solutions are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
