Every project milestone and completion is communicated clearly, with thorough records and open channels for post-delivery support.

Corporate Gifting Orders

When you engage us for corporate gifting:

  • Collection Options: Clients are welcome to collect orders directly from our registered office at A2/292, 3rd Floor, Janakpuri, New Delhi - 110058, during business hours.
  • Dispatch via Logistics Partner: If you prefer dispatch, we arrange third-party logistics to deliver gifts to your chosen address. We coordinate with reliable logistics providers and carefully pack all items for safe transit.
  • Shipping Charges: All logistics costs are to be paid directly by the client to the delivery service provider upon receipt. Shipping terms, such as timelines and modes, are discussed individually per order, ensuring transparency and no surprises.

Delivery Timelines

Every client and every order is unique. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all delivery promises. Instead, we work with you to define realistic, mutually agreeable delivery schedules. Our team will communicate estimated timelines up front and keep you updated throughout, but as third-party logistics are involved, delivery dates remain indicative and not binding.

Damages and Claims

For corporate gifts, please inspect the goods at the time of receipt. If you notice visible damage or discrepancy, let us and the courier know immediately. While we pack everything with care, transit issues occasionally occur. We’ll support you in filing claims with the logistics provider, though liability for in-transit damage remains with the carrier.
